The holiday apartment is right on the edge of the Old Town, ideally situated for both shopping and entertainment. An abundance of good restaurants lies just minutes away, including a few of our favourites.

It is only a few minutes walk to the main bus stops, very handy for the airport express bus and accessing all transport links to the rest of the Riviera. On foot, it is an approximate five minute walk to the Shopping District in the city centre, 15 minutes to the Port and about 20 minutes to the main Nice Ville train station. Alternatively, just hop on the tram, as the nearest tram stop is just seconds away from your doorstep.

Stroll through the Old Town and you will reach the beach and Promenade in five minutes. Place Massena is just a few minutes walk in the other direction.

The bright living area has a large two seater sofa with matching rug, and two small coffee tables. A dark wood storage cabinet contains all the entertainment you'll need; the TV, DVD player, Ipod Dock, radio and CD player.

For meals in, there is a dining table and chairs for up to four people. The large French doors fill the room with lots of light, and one of these doors leads out onto a small balcony with table and chairs for two.

The kitchen is open plan to the living area. With pretty green units, it is equipped with a four-ring hob with extractor fan, combi grill/ oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Decorated in soothing tones, the romantic style bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables and lamps. There is also a double wardrobe with lots of storage space. The large French window has both curtains and shutters, ideal for those morning lie-ins.

The smart bathroom is newly renovated and has a large shower, toilet, square wash basin, and wooden vanity unit with mirror. There is a small opaque window for natural light.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
