Monthly rates based on a minimum stay of 90 nights, which includes all utility bills and internet. A stay tax will apply, which is 3% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras. A Booking Fee, plus monthly cleaning fee will also apply.

This apartment is on the 1st first floor with no lift. There are 11 steps to the apartment, which are quite steep and there is no handrail.

Just around the corner from Rue Sade you will find the famous Marché Provençale where you can purchase everything from olive oil, honey and spices, to local wine, locally farmed vegetables and fresh fruits. Enjoy an espresso or a local pastis in one of the many cafés, or treat yourself to dinner in one of the many restaurants. Within walking distance you reach the beautiful beaches of among others; Plage du Ponteil, Plage de Salis, Plage de Gravette and the beautiful Plage de la Garoye, with Port Vauban is just a short stroll away.

Living Area
The Living area is a delight with its bright colourful decor, complete with air conditioning. It has a three seater sofa, individual chair and coffee table. For guests' entertainment there is TV, DVD, books and wifi. There is also a dining table and chairs for four. There is a mirrored double wardrobe just off the living area.

The kitchen is open plan to the living area, with a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, modern wooden worktop and all utensils needed for practising your french cuisine with fresh produce from the Marché Provençale.

Both bedrooms are similiar in size, both hosting a double sized bed, two bedside tables and reading lamps, both complete with pretty traditional red french tiled floors.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and a shelving unit. There is a separate WC next door.

How to get there
From the Airport

From the Train Station

Taxi ranks are easily found at all terminals and once inside will take around 35 minutes to reach your apartment. Please ensure that you have the full address of the property ready to show the driver. Alternatively, you can take a bus from the airport to Antibes. Bus number 250 leaves from both terminals, costs 10€ per person and operates until 8pm. If you know you will take the bus from the airport and back, you can purchase a two-way ticket for 15€. Take this bus to Paserelle SNCF. The journey will take around 40 minutes. If you do not have heavy luggage, you can walk from the airport to the Nice Saint Augustin train station, which takes about 15 minutes . The airport has a free shuttle bus from each terminal that can take you to a stop called Arenas, which makes the walk to airport significantly less. From there, you can take an SNCF train to Antibes. The train that stops at Antibes is the Cannes / Grasse train, which departs Nice every half hour. Taxis can be found just outside the main entrance of the train station. Notes:If arriving by Taxi, it is not possible to park directly outside the apartment, so we usually meet the guests outside the Mairie or where the taxi is able to pull up.
If you are coming to Antibes from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Antibes. Most TGV trains however will not stop at Antibes. In this case, you should stay on the train until Gare Nice Ville, and then change to the Cannes/Grasse line, which will service Antibes. Taxis can be found at the entrance of the train station, and will take approximately five minutes to get the apartment. There is a telephone number on the blue taxi sign which you can call if there are no taxis immediately available. If your luggage is not heavy or you prefer to walk, this will take about 10 minutes from the station. To walk from the station, you should walk along Avenue de la Liberte until you come to Boulevard d’Aguillon, then turn onto Rue Thuret. You can also take bus number 13 from the train station. This bus costs 1.50€, and you should alight at Hotel de Ville, which is a short walk from the apartment. Visit our transport page for more information, routes and timetables. Driving in Antibes is not difficult, as it is a relatively small town that is well signposted. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details. The nearest car park to the apartment is Parking Poste, on Avenue Paul Doumer, near the children’s playground. Street parking is available, though it is important to check for time limits and prices.
