Monthly rates based on a minimum stay of 90 nights, which includes all utility bills and internet. A stay tax will apply, which is 3% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras. A Booking Fee, plus monthly cleaning fee will also apply.

Floor/Building
4th floor of an Art Deco building. The lift will fit two people, however we doubt it will fit an unfolded pushchair or wheelchair. If you prefer to walk off those lazy lunches there are 88 steps to climb before you reach the floor and are quite steep.

Neighbourhood
Perfectly positioned it is approximately a ten minute walk from this apartment to the beach and the world famous Promenade des Anglais. A five-minute stroll will take you to the Old Town, (with its market, bars and restaurants) the tram lines, bus routes and the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin with it's fashionable boutiques. The train station is only a fifteen minute walk or five minutes by tram away providing the ability to explore the whole of the French Riviera. Consequently, this rental apartment is perfect if you want to be in the heart of all that Nice and the Riviera has to offer.

Living Area
The open plan living area has been carefully designed with comfort as the first priority without compromising at all on style. The living area, with its high ceilings, classic coving and parquet flooring, is furnished with a 2m cream fabric sofa with co-ordinating cushions, two Affra armchairs (oak frame/cream fabric) upholstered chairs, and a classic French coffee table.

A stylish bookcase with storage cupboards hosts a 20-inch LCD screen with cable TV (French channels and a couple of English news channels), i-Pod dock, and a DVD player. There is also Wi-Fi access. A chandelier, a large rug, table lamps, and lined linen curtains at the large French double-glazed windows complete the look.

Kitchen
The kitchen with oak units and a white worktop benefits from a built-in combination microwave oven, built-in fridge freezer, electric four-ring ceramic hob and a dishwasher. All necessary utensils are provided to cook a family meal. A mahogany dining table with seating for four with period chandelier above is to be found at the far end of the living area.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a King size bed with bedside tables and table lamps, a wardrobe, a large mirror and a chair. To complement the parquet flooring, high ceilings and large French windows with shutters, the bedroom benefits from heavy lined curtains and cushions. A fantastic bonus here is the small balcony with a small table and two chairs – al fresco breakfast perhaps?

Next door, the second bedroom, bigger than the master, offers two single beds with decorative hanging Provençe-style blinds, period bedside tables with lamps and a chair. A large antique gilt framed mirror sits above a unique hand painted chest of drawers. There is also a mahogany wardrobe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom
The main bathroom consists of a white bath with chrome shower attachment above, a modern stylish wash basin with vanity unit below, large mirror above and an electric toilet. The bathroom is fully tiled in modern cream with a decorative border.

The second bathroom is en-suite to the second bedroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

How to get there
From the Airport

From the Train Station

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes about 25 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Durandy tram stop and it’s a one minute walk to the apartment.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville. From there, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. When you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram just one stop to the Jean Medecin tram stop which is an eight minute walk from the apartment.

If you prefer to take a taxi, this will take about ten minutes from Gare Nice Ville. Please be sure that you have the full address ready to give to the driver.

The nearest car park to our Nice apartment Pastorelli is Nice Etoile at 30 Avenue Jean Medecin and is about eight minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available at Promenade des Arts at 18 Avenue Saint-Jean-Baptiste, about an eight minute walk as well. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details. Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations. A suitable meeting point would be at the car park or outside your apartment, whichever you prefer.
