This apartment is on the 6th floor of a well-maintained modern building with a lift.

Located across from the Acropolis exhibition centre, the apartment enjoys panoramic views from a quiet terrace, and there is a rooftop pool for residents' use, a rare find in such a central location. The pool is usually from mid May to mid September but this can vary and is out of our control.

The apartment rests between Boulevard Risso, beside the Acropolis, which is where the main entrance to the building can be found, and Ave de Republique where there is a second entrance.

This area is a typical Nicois neighborhood with its choice of local shops and services. From Ave de la Republique you are just a few minutes from the beautiful Place Garbaldi where you can relax on the terrace of one of the cafes or restaurants. It's a five minute walk to the Old Town, and a ten to twelve minute walk to the beach. En route you can take in the Museum of Modern Arts and Contemporary Art (MAMAC).

If you want to take advantage of Nice's excellent transport service and head out to Antibes, Monaco, Cannes and the pretty hilltop villages, the bus stops are only a five-minute walk . Also the tram stops Acropolis and Garibaldi are also just five minutes away - hop on the tram and just five stops will take you to the train station. If you are driving, there is a public car park at the Acropolis.
