This apartment is on the 7th floor with a lift, there are few steps to reach the lift.

Neighbourhood

Rue Assalit, is close to the train station and Jean Medecin, with excellent transport links. All of the major places in Nice, including the Old Town and the Promenade are within a 15 minute walk away.

Stock up on good produce at the nearby supermarkets or browse the fresh produce on offer at the excellent Liberation Market.

Living Area

The living room holds two comfy sofas with a smart TV for streaming all your favourite shows. The large double doors provide access to the east terrace which has a table and chairs to seat four and a sun lounger. The living room is air conditioned.

The second terrace can be found off the entrance and holds a reclining sun lounger to sit back and enjoy the view.

Kitchen

The small kitchen holds an oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Bedrooms

The bedroom holds a king size bed with storage space either side. There is also a small table with chair and mirror and wall mounted TV. It is air conditioned.

Bathroom

The bathroom holds a shower, toilet, wash basin and mirror. There is also a separate WC.

All prices for this rental apartment are inclusive of High Quality cotton linen and towels for four guests and utilities. The advertised price is based on a monthly stay. Under the terms of mobility leases, minimum stay is one month and maximum stay is 10 months. Proof of qualification for mobility let is required in all cases. Energy efficiency classification DPE in process of being obtained.

The owner has chosen a Mobility let cancellation policy.

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 20 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Durandy tram stop, which is a ten minute walk to the apartment.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be met in the arrivals hall by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your apartment keys. (Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on.) Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the train station, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. The apartment is a 5 minute walk away.

We can meet you at the tram stop, or outside the apartment building, as you prefer.

If you prefer to take a taxi, this will take about 10 minutes from Gare Nice Ville.

The nearest car park to the apartment is Gare Thiers at 18 Avenue Theirs and is about five minute walk from the apartment. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
