Neighbourhood
Ideally situated in the heart of Fabron, a residential area outside the busy town centre, the private grounds has a communal swimming pool. There are several local shops including a supermarket and bakers within a couple of minutes walk. If you can tear yourself away from the domaine, it's a 5-10 minute local bus ride from the residence to the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches, from where you can take many buses or trams for the airport, Nice centre and the French Riviera.
Living Area
The spacious living and dining area opens onto the beautiful terrace with stunning views out to sea. There is an XXL smart TV, comfortable seating and a dining table to easily seat 6 people, should you want to entertain.
Kitchen
The separate kitchen is situated at the back of the apartment overlooking the grounds and surrounding hills. There is an oven, four ring hob, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is on the closed part of the balcony off the kitchen.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have sliding doors that provide access to the wrap around terrace. They both have blinds and curtains for darkness /privacy and air conditioning.
The first bedroom has a super-king size bed, bedside tables and storage. The second bedroom has a double bed, beside tables, storage and a wall mounted smart TV.
Bathroom
There are two bathrooms, both with walk in showers, wash basins and toilets.
