Neighbourhood
This is an area of Nice that has really developed with the introduction of the tram and has a new bustling feel. Rue Bonaparte, which is known locally as the Marais of Nice, is just two streets down. Here you will find several trendy bars as well as some great spots for lunch and dinner.
Just a few doors away is a fantastic bakery, so you won't have far to go for your morning bread and croissants. Place Garibaldi – a beautiful square lined with typical French cafes and restaurants is just five minutes' walk. Soak up the atmosphere while sharing a meal in the sun or a lazy aperitif. Here you will find 'Monoprix' a supermarket where you can purchase most of your essential items and also the tram stop which gives you easy access to the rest of Nice.
From the apartment, you have the benefit of being under ten minutes on foot from both the hustle and bustle of the Old Town and the picturesque Port. To walk to the Promenade des Anglais will take you about 15 minutes.

The double glazed windows provide an excellent barrier from the traffic noise, making this space a relaxing and quiet area to cook, dine and unwind. The modern kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, oven, four ring hob and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms open onto the terrace and are south facing. The larger master bedroom holds a king size bed and plenty of storage with a large wardrobe and two chests of drawers.
The smaller bedroom also holds a king size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side.

Both of the modern bathrooms hold a shower, toilet and wash basin with vanity unit and mirror.
