This apartment is on the 5th floor of a very well maintained building. There is a lift that will fit approximately 3 people, but not an unfolded pushchair.
Neighbourhood
At our Studio Hugo apartment, you will be within a five minute walk of the beach, ten minutes of the Pedestrian Zone, and fifteen minutes of the Old Town.
This is a very sought after residential area where lots of locals live. As a result, there are multiple supermarkets and some excellent bakeries to hand. The apartment is located very close to an attractive little park - the Jardin Alsace Lorraine - which is just next to the tram stop Alsace Lorraine.

Living Area
The living area is modern and filled with natural light. South facing it opens onto a balcony with stunning rooftop views. There is a two seater sofa, dining table for two and TV.
Kitchen
The compact but fully functional kitchen is part of the living space. It holds an oven, 3 ring hob, microwave and washing machine.
Bedrooms
The bedroom has been separated from the living area by partition windows which can be opened or closed. This room holds a double bed and has a small integrated wardrobe.
Bathroom
The compact bathroom holds just what you need - a shower, sink and vanity unit with mirror. There is also a small wall mounted towel heater. The toilet is separate.
