This apartment is on the 2nd floor and in typical Old Town style, the building has no lift.
The apartment is central to everything the celebrated Old Town has to offer – only a few minutes’ walk from the Promenade Des Anglais, Castle Hill, Cours Saleya and with easy access to both trams line 1 or 2 connecting you to the rest of Nice and the Cote d'Azur.
The living area, which connects the kitchen and the bedroom, has some lovely original features such as the high ceilings and cornicing. There is a corner sofa, dining table and chairs to comfortably seat four and a TV with French cable.
You enter the apartment directly into the kitchen. Finished in a French country style, it has everything you need, including a four ring hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The spacious bedroom comes with traditionally high ceilings, including a mezzanine level which holds another bed (a double). This mezzanine is perfect for the occassional guest, head height is very limited.
The main part of the bedroom holds a double bed with a vintage frame, bedside tables and reading lights, storage in the form of a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Open the original, traditional shutters to look out onto the charming, pedestrian street of rue de la Prefecture.
The bathroom is modern, small but perfectly formed. There is a shower, toilet, wash basin with mirror and storage.
