The apartment is in an impressive Bourgeois well-maintained building on the 3rd floor with a lift. There are 65 steps up to the apartment floor of average steepness.
Rue Verdi is a street off Boulevard Gambetta, just behind Boulevard Victor Hugo. From the apartment it is a ten minute walk to the beach, Promenade and Pedestrian Zone. It is a five minute walk to the train station. In twenty minutes, you can find yourself in the Old Town.

The pretty living and kitchen area is open plan and has a sofa with wrought iron frame and two wicker chairs. There is a small balcony leading off the living area. The tapestry on the wall and polished parquet flooring add ornate charm. There is a 32" flat screen TV which provides French cable channels as well as some English news channels. There is also Wi-Fi and a DVD player.
The kitchen, in keeping with the rest of the apartment, retains a rustic theme with pale wood shaker units and worktop and buttercup tiled floor. There is a four-burner gas hob, an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a washer dryer.
The master bedroom has a wrought iron king size bed with a French wardrobe, bedside tables, reading lamps and a large mirror.
In the second bedroom there are two single wrought iron beds, a bedside table, lamps and two chairs. There are also large fitted wardrobes.
Large windows, window shutters, ceiling fans, pretty soft furnishings and Juliette balconies are great bonuses.
