Situated in a modern well maintained and very quiet building. It is on the 6th floor, there is a lift that will fit 4 people including a wheelchair or unfolded pushchair.
Neighbourhood
Grand Arenas is an up and coming area of Nice just next to the airport with many large residential buildings, offices and hotels nearby. The Okko hotel is just next door and has a restaurant open to the public, there is also a selection of restaurants and cafes just around the corner in a large open square. With fantastic transport links the airport is only 5 minutes on the tram, the train station is 5 minutes walk away (a great option for day trips to Cannes, Antibes and beyond). The tram into the center of Nice takes aout 20 minutes. Picking up basic groceries and local delicacies is best done in the center of Nice or there is a large Carrefour just next to the tram spot Ferber, about 7 minutes on the tram.
Living Area
Clean, modern and fresh the living room comes with a comfortable 3-seater grey sofa and large TV with speakers making it a great spot to enjoy an evening film.
This room provides access onto the balcony where there is a table and chairs to seat two.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need to make a modest dinner. There is an oven, four ring hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedrooms
The light and airy bedroom holds a king-sized bed with plenty of storage and a desk for those who need to catch up on work.
There is also a sofa bed that allows this apartment to suit a maximum capacity of 4 people. If you are a family or group of 4 people, please add an extra set of double linen during the checkout process.
