Floor/Building
The apartment is found on the 3rd floor of a traditional Nicois building. Before arriving at the entrance of the building there is a set of stairs to climb and to reach the apartment there are approximately 72 stairs of average steepness.
Neighbourhood
The busy neighbourhood can provide for all your needs with local food shops, restaurants and cafes and less than 5 minutes walk from the Port and Old Town. The beach is a mere 10 minutes-walk away.
The tram, which has been a revelation to Nice runs close by. The location is amazingly convenient for access to the whole of the City. Buy a card loaded with ten tickets and any journey will only cost you €1. The mainline train station if you want to travel further afield is only 6 stops.

Living Area
The living room is modern and spacious and open plan. There are large double glazed windows that let the light and fresh air flood in. There is a school playground just below, so please do expect a little noise during school times. There are two large comfortable grey sofas, a glass dining table and two black chairs. Three wicker pendulum lights hang from the ceiling and a large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall.
Kitchen
The kitchen, which is part of the open plan living room, is fully equipped and comes with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and four ring hob. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Just next to the kitchen there is a large glass dining table that will comfortably seat four.
Bedrooms
Garibaldi comes with two spacious bedrooms. The first and closest to the living and dining room has been finished in varying tones of blue to contrast against the light wood parquet, headboard, and other furniture. The double bed has bedside tables with reading lamps either side and a large built-in wardrobe. The curtains are heavy and, along with the traditional wooden shutters, will help to keep the room dark at night.
The second bedroom has been finished with yellow/mustard tones and comes with a king size bed. There is a chest of drawers, mirror and tall chair for gazing out of the window at the surrounding Nicois buildings.
Bathroom
Garibaldi comes with one bathroom which holds a walk in shower, wash basin with storage and mirror and a toilet.
