1st floor of a 1945 building. No elevator, but it’s an easy (not steep) 19 steps up to the apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a handsome building a five minute walk to the elegant Promenade des Anglais, the beach, and Nice’s principal shopping district. If you fancy a change from the beach, then relax in the park almost next door, or people watch on nearby Rue Masséna, a pedestrian street filled with lively shops and restaurants. By foot, you’re only ten minutes to the Old Town and twenty to the Port of Nice.
There are two car parks nearby, though for Nice itself, it’s best to rely on the tram, buses, and walking.
