This apartment is situated on the 4th floor on a large modern building with inner courtyard and lift. The lift will fit 8 people including an unfolded pushchair. Should you decide to walk there are 64 stairs of average steepness to reach the apartment.
Just a few streets back from Place Masséna, it is less than a five minute walk to the Old Town and approximately ten minutes to the beach and Promenade from this apartment. A two minute walk will take you to the bus and tram stops, and the Shopping District of Avenue Jean Médecin. The train station is fifteen minutes walk away. There are also gardens to relax in just around the corner.

Living Area
Finished in subtle tones of gold and yellow, with plenty of natural wood pieces, this warm and inviting open plan living area provides a great space for eating and relaxing with family and friends. There are two three seater sofas, a large wooden coffee table, TV cabinet with flat screen TV, a glass dining table to seat four and plenty of soft lighting for cosy nights in. It is from this room and the adjoined kitchen that the balcony is accessed.

The kitchen is joined to the living room and has been finished in an equally modern and sleek style with light wood cupboards and a black worktop. It houses all of the mod cons you would expect including a full size fridge freezer, oven, microwave, four-ring ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The washing machine is in a separate utility cupboard accessed from the hallway.


The first and largest bedroom comes with the added bonus of a second, private balcony overlooking the buildings courtyard. There is a superking size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side, a large built-in wardrobe and yellow armchair. On the balcony there is a small table and chair.

The second bedroom holds a king size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a comfortable grey armchair.

Both bedrooms, like the rest of the apartment, have integrated air-conditioning.


The first independent bathroom is spacious and well designed. There is a bath with shower attachment, wash basin with storage underneath, a large mirror, toilet and bidet.

The second bathroom is an ensuite to the second bedroom and is finished in the same style as the first. There is a large walk-in shower, vanity unit, wash basin and mirror. There is a separate WC in the hallway upon entering the apartment.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 25 minutes, not including time to change trams. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Durandy tram stop and it's about four minutes walk to the apartment.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 25 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal. The taxi should be able to deliver you to the door however; time and price will vary with the amount of local traffic.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the station, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. When you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram to Vieille Ville - Opera which is a four minute walk from the apartment.

We can meet you at the tram stop or outside the apartment building, as you prefer.

If you prefer to take a taxi, this will take about 10 minutes from Gare Nice Ville. Please be sure that you have the full address ready to give to the driver.

The nearest car park to our Nice apartment Limoncello is Parking Massena at Place Masséna and is about two minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available at Parking Alberti at 11, Rue Alberti, which is a three minute walk from Limoncello. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
