Floor/Building

This apartment is on the second floor of a classic Belle Époque building. There is a lift that fits four people and we feel it is big enough to fit an unfolded pushchair. Should you decide to walk there are 40 steps to the apartments front door.


Neighbourhood

Perfectly positioned it is approximately a ten minute walk from this apartment to the beach and the world famous Promenade Des Anglais. A five-minute stroll will take you to the Old Town, (with its market, bars and restaurants) the tram lines, bus routes and the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin with its fashionable boutiques. The train station is only a fifteen minute walk or five minutes by tram away providing the ability to explore the whole of the French Riviera. Consequently, this rental apartment is perfect if you want to be in the heart of all that Nice and the Riviera has to offer.

Living Area

Situated at the front of the apartment and next to the kitchen, the living room is framed by three full-length windows letting the light pour in. Two of these windows open to a Juliette balcony and the other leads onto a small balcony with chairs to seat two. Inside the neutral colour scheme and bespoke furniture create an aura of luxury and tranquillity with romantic prints, antique Persian rug and evocative lighting from the modernised chandelier. The walls are gently brought to life with images of Royal Ballet dancers.

There is comfortable seating for four in the form of a two-seater sofa and two independent armchairs. Also in the living room there is a coffee table, TV and DVD player. Next to the living room there is a dining table that seats four. There is also air-conditioning.


Kitchen

Just next to the living room the kitchen benefits from the same light and delicate neutral tones. This kitchen is, quite literally, a dream kitchen that deserves to be appreciated and profited from. It is Ideal for those of you wanting to practice your culinary skills using all those fresh and wonderful ingredients the Mediterranean has to offer. There is plenty of preparation space and storage, a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.


Bedrooms

Both of the bedrooms are situated at the back of the apartment to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The first and the largest has its own balcony overlooking a small courtyard at the back of the building with a table and chairs to seat two. Inside the subtle colour scheme is injected with touches of passionate red and gold and finished with plenty of attention to detail with embellished mirrors and delicate ornaments.

There is a king size bed, two bedside tables with reading lights, free standing double wardrobe, armchair, chest of draws and air-conditioning.

The second bedroom is situated next to the first. Patchwork quilts decorate each of the beds and matching floral print curtains frame the window. More touches of elegance are visible in the bijou chandelier and hand painted artwork by our very own Pebbles employee, the beautiful and gifted Maria.

There are two single beds, two bedside tables and reading lamps, a stand-alone double wardrobe and air-conditioning.


Bathroom

There are two bathrooms in this apartment, both of which are modern and functional. The first holds a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin and is finished with in a crisp colour palette of cream and stone grey.

The second bathroom is slightly larger and holds a bath with shower attachment, another toilet, wash basin and vanity unit.

How to get there
From the Airport

From the Train Station

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 25 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Durandy tram stop, which is only a two minute walk to the apartment.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the station, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. When you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram just one stop to the Jean Medecin tram stop, which is an eight minute walk from the apartment.

If you prefer to take a taxi, this will take about ten minutes from Gare Nice Ville. Please be sure that you have the full address ready to give to the driver.

The nearest car park to our Nice apartment Valentina is Nice Etoile at 30 Avenue Jean Medecin and is about an eight minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available at Promenade des Arts at 18 Avenue Saint-Jean-Baptiste, about an eight minute walk as well. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
