Neighbourhood
According to a New York Times article this area between Place Garibaldi and Nice’s port 'has emerged as the arty-cool district par excellence.' It has really developed with the introduction of the tram and has a new vibrant feel. For locals, it has become the trendy place to be with lots of great bars, cafés and restaurants, though we're sure that it won't take long for the tourists to discover it.

Place Garibaldi – a beautiful square lined with typical French cafes and restaurants is just two minutes away. Soak up the atmosphere while sharing a meal in the sun or a lazy aperitif. Here you will find 'Monoprix' a supermarket where you can find most your essential items and also the tram stop which gives you easy access to the rest of Nice.

From the apartment, you have the benefit of only been five minutes away on foot from both the hustle and bustle of the old town and the picturesque Port. To walk to the Promenade des Anglais will take you about 15 minutes.

Living Area
The south facing living area looks onto the pine trees that gives Place du Pin its name. A comfortable corner sofa and separate armchair form a cosy sitting area where guests can watch TV or one of the many DVD's. The marble floors with blue rug and decorative rustic touches give it a very homely Provencal feel. There is Wi-Fi throughout.

If you can resist the temptation of the French restaurants just downstairs, the wooden dining table provides a pleasant spot to eat.
Kitchen
A breakfast bar separates the open plan kitchen from the living area. Equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, four-ring ceramic hob and microwave, the kitchen also offers a worktop tiled in soft beige, giving guests plenty of space to prepare tempting meals or snacks.

The washing machine can be found in a storage area off the terrace.
Bedrooms
From the main bedroom, open the shutters and enjoy the view over a traditional square. This bedroom comes with a double bed with bedside tables and reading lights, chest of drawers, wardrobe and an armchair. There's also a TV and DVD player. The subtle colour scheme with injections of vibrant blue and bespoke wood furniture give it a truly French feel.

There is enough space in the bedroom for a baby cot and can be ordered from us upon checkout.

The second bedroom is smaller in size, holds a double bed and is decorated in delicate shades of pink with nostalgic French prints on the walls. It has the added advantage of having its own small terrace with table and two chairs. What could be better than enjoying your breakfast outside?

Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled in white with a marble border and has pretty provençal prints on the wall. It comes with a powerful walk-in shower, ceramic washbasin, mirror and heated towel rail.

There is a separate WC.
