3rd floor of a typical Niҫois building. There is a four person lift and will fit a pushchair, however is not suitable for a wheelchair.
The apartment is located on an exclusive street, just minutes from the pedestrian area. From here, it is less than ten minutesí walk to the Promenade and beach, and ten minutes to the Old Town.

If you fancy a change from spending time on the seafront, then you can browse some of upmarket shops just a little further down the road, and for your morning croissants, there is a great bakery just across the street.

The train station is about a ten minute walk from the apartment and the nearest tram stop is a mere five minutes away. There are also two car parks very nearby.

Living Area
We bet guests will never tire of looking at the numerous paintings that adorn the walls of this unique living room. Even the curtains and the rug are works of art!

From the living room guests can step out onto the balcony, relax with a glass of wine and a book, and watch the world go by.

Back inside, entertainment is well provided for in the form of a TV with some English channels, a DVD player, iPod dock and also Wi-Fi. The cosy sofa and coffee table offer a tempting spot to curl up for a quiet night in, and there is also a small dining table with two chairs should you want to eat indoors.

Located just off the hallway, the marble-floored kitchen is very modern and comes with everything guests could need to prepare meals with the tasty, local ingredients. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, three-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer, as well as all the utensils guests could require.

The apartmentís second balcony is small and can be accessed through patio doors from the kitchen. Throw open the doors and enjoy the garden views while you cook.

The spacious bedroom, at the back of the building, is the ideal place to fall into a deep slumber at the end of the day. Its large window overlooks the leafy garden with one of the tallest palm trees we have ever seen, and the shutters will ensure you can keep the room as dark as you like for a good lie-in in the morning.

The high quality king size bed has two bedside tables with adjustable reading lamps. There is also an antique wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers for storing away all your bits and pieces.

The brand new bathroom is fully tiled and comes equipped with a rain shower, washbasin with a large mirror and a heated towel rail.

There is a separate WC located just next to the main bathroom.

How to get there

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50Ä and takes approximately 20 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Jean Medecin tram stop and itís a four minute walk to the apartment.

We can meet you outside the apartment building, or at the tram stop at street level by the lift, as you prefer.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

To walk from the station to the apartment would take about seven minutes.

From the station, the tram would not be of much benefit as it would be a four minute walk to the tram stop plus another four minutes to the apartment once you have disembarked the tram, so it's quicker to walk directly from the station to the apartment.

If you wish to take a taxi, the taxi rank is located outside the front entrance of Gare Nice Ville and the journey to Vogue will take approximately 5-10 minutes.

Driving in Nice can be a challenge. We strongly advise GPS or a very good map. A car park near the apartment is Vinci Park Services at 20 Boulevard Victor Hugo, which is a three minute walk to the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available in Parking Grimaldi at 11 Rue Maccarani and also requires a walk of about three minutes. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30Ä a day for parking in central locations.
