This rental apartment is on the 3rd floor of a recently completed brand new development in the heart of the city. Prices were high to secure an apartment in this building with good reason. It is very rare to find a modern and slick complex this central to all Nice has to offer.

The building has a modern lift which can hold six people and is large enough for a pushchair or wheelchair. If you did decide to walk off those lazy lunches, it is 52 steps up to the apartment floor.

This Nice apartment comes with a large terrace overlooking the garden area of the building.

Just a few streets back from Place Masséna, it is approximately ten minutes walk to the beach and Promenade from this apartment. A five-minute walk will take you to the Old Town, tram stop, and the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin. The train station is also just fifteen minutes walk away. Consequently, this rental apartment is perfect if you want to be in the thick of all that Nice has to offer.

Living Area
This light-filled room benefits from a large sliding door leading out onto a substantial terrace furnished with a table and chairs, as well as two relaxing sun loungers. The spacious living area is furnished to a high standard with all the comforts of a home, including two three seater sofas, a coffee table and wall units. This room also benefits from air-conditioning. There is a lovely decorative finish with the modern chandelier and plenty of soft furnishings, including lamps and candle wall holders. The dining area and kitchen are open plan to the living area.

The kitchen is well-equipped and comes complete with a built-in oven, fridge freezer, electric four-ring hob and extractor fan. A rectangular glass dining table with seating for four gives you inside dining options - though we think most light meals will probably be taken on the sunny terrace.

As with the rest of the apartment, the bedroom has been decorated with care and attention. Guests will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in the king size bed. There are two bedside tables with reading lamps for bookworms. A large double mirrored wardrobe provides ample clothes storage and a separate lipstick mirror will help get you ready for nights on the town. The bedroom also benefits from plenty of tastefully sourced furnishings, including chairs, lampshades, a chest of drawers and the ever important air-conditioning.

There is enough space for a baby cot which can be ordered from us upon checkout.

The modern bathroom is fully-tiled and has a bath with shower unit, bidet and washbasin with storage underneath.

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 25 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Durandy tram stop which is only a two minute walk to the apartment.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your apartment keys. (Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on.) Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the station, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. When you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram to the Jean Medecin tram stop which is a six minute walk from the apartment.

If you wish to take a taxi, the taxi rank is located outside the front entrance of Gare Nice Ville and the journey will take approximately ten minutes.

The nearest car park to the apartment is Nice Etoile at 30 Avenue Jean Medecin and is about eight minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available at Promenade des Arts at 18 Avenue Saint-Jean-Baptiste, about an eight minute walk as well. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
