This apartment, with its inner courtyard, is located on the ground level. It comes complete with electrical shutters for the doors and windows.

Neighbourhood

Situated just a few streets back from Place Massena, this holiday apartment is situated right in the centre of Nice. To the south, it takes around five minutes walk to the beach, the Promenade des Anglais and the Old Town, to the west, five minutes walk will take you to Avenue Jean Médecin and the shopping district. The train station is just fifteen minutes walk away and the tram is also very easily accessible. If you plan to explore the Côte d'Azur, this is a perfect base.

Living Area

The living area is open plan to the kitchen, and with its large ceiling to floor mirror, is light and airy. There is a three seater sofa, rug, glass coffee table, side cabinet with TV. There is a dining table with chairs for four which sits beside the entrance to the kitchen.

Kitchen

Just off the living area, the compact kitchen comes with white units, dark modern work surfaces and red appliances. It has everything needed to make this your home away from home on the Riviera - perfect for practising your French cuisine.

Bedrooms

The bright, ensuite bedroom has a double bed with a beautiful hand-made headboard, two wall fitted bedside stands with reading lights, and a chest of drawers. There is a patio door that leads out onto the courtyard.

Although tight, a baby cot will fit in the bedroom this can be ordered from us upon check-in.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom consists of a spacious walk-in shower, a large wash basin with ample storage space underneath, and a heated towel rail.

There is a separate WC off the living area.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

How to get there

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 20 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Durandy tram stop, which is a five minute walk to the apartment.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be met in the arrivals hall by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your apartment keys. (Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on.) Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the train station, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. When you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram to Massena which is a two minute walk from the apartment.

We can meet you at the tram stop, or outside the apartment building, as you prefer.

If you prefer to take a taxi, this will take about 10 minutes from Gare Nice Ville.

The nearest car park to the apartment is Nice Etoile at 30 Avenue Jean Medecin and is about five minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available at Promenade des Arts at 18 Avenue Saint-Jean-Baptiste, about an eight minute walk as well. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
