Neighbourhood
Situated just a few streets back from Place Massena, this holiday apartment is situated right in the centre of Nice. To the south, it takes around five minutes walk to the beach, the Promenade des Anglais and the Old Town, to the west, five minutes walk will take you to Avenue Jean Médecin and the shopping district. The train station is just fifteen minutes walk away and the tram is also very easily accessible. If you plan to explore the Côte d'Azur, this is a perfect base.

Living Area
The living area is open plan to the kitchen, and with its large ceiling to floor mirror, is light and airy. There is a three seater sofa, rug, glass coffee table, side cabinet with TV. There is a dining table with chairs for four which sits beside the entrance to the kitchen.
Kitchen
Just off the living area, the compact kitchen comes with white units, dark modern work surfaces and red appliances. It has everything needed to make this your home away from home on the Riviera - perfect for practising your French cuisine.
Bedrooms
The bright, ensuite bedroom has a double bed, two wall fitted bedside stands with reading lights, and a chest of drawers. There is a patio door that leads out onto the courtyard.
Although tight, a baby cot will fit in the bedroom this can be ordered from us upon check-in.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom consists of a spacious walk-in shower, a large wash basin with ample storage space underneath, and a heated towel rail.
There is a separate WC off the living area.
