Monthly rates based on a minimum stay of 90 nights, which includes all utility bills and internet. A stay tax will apply, which is 3% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras. A Booking Fee, plus monthly cleaning fee will also apply.

2nd floor of a modern building. There is no lift and to reach the floor you will count 42 steps of average steepness before you find the apartment.

Situated just a few streets back from Place Massena, the holiday apartment is in a very central location. It is approximately ten to fifteen minutes walk to the beach and Promenade, a five minute walk to the Old Town and two minutes to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Shopping District. The train station is fifteen minutes walk away and the bus and tram stops are easily accessible too. If you plan to explore the Côte d'Azur, this is a perfect base.

Living Area
The living area has a large comfortable sofa, Louis XVI armchairs, a coffee table and two side tables with elegant reading lamps. Mounted on the far wall is a 28-inch LCD display with a DVD player. To either side of the TV and console unit are two large double glazed windows. There is also Wi-Fi for guests' use.

Leading from one of the living room windows is a small balcony with a table and two chairs, great for a spot of people watching.

The sleek, open plan kitchen area holds dark grey and glass units, and a long kitchen worktop. Not only is there more than enough space for preparing complete meals, but it also easily hosts the microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and four-ring electric hob.

There is also a sink with draining board, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer as well as a stainless steel integrated oven and overhead extractor fan. The kitchen is very well-equipped with all necessary crockery, pots and pans and of course the ever important wine and champagne glasses.

Dine in style to the left of the open plan living space, where you will find a round teak table with three suede effect modern replica Louis XVI styled chairs. A decorative sideboard and artwork finishes the look.

The elegant bedroom has a double bed and luxurious velvet padded floor-to-ceiling headboard positioned centrally between two floor-to-ceiling bespoke wardrobes. The wardrobes have been thoughtfully crafted with reading lamps on either side. There is a classical French reproduction three-drawer chest with an ornate mirror above.

All this is complemented by a shimmering chandelier, polished wooden floorboards, and a large double glazed window with French shutters and heavy lined curtains which ensure a good night's sleep.

The bathroom is tiled with a modern white gloss brick effect. There is a large porcelain wash basin with mirror above and shelves below. There is a large shower cubicle with glass surround, a toilet and a washing machine.

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 20 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Durandy tram stop and it’s a four minute walk to the apartment.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the station, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. When you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram just two stops to Massena which is a three minute walk from the apartment.

We can meet you at the tram stop, or outside the apartment building, as you prefer.

If you prefer to take a taxi, this will take about ten minutes from Gare Nice Ville. Please be sure that you have the full address ready to give to the driver.

The nearest car park to the apartment is Nice Etoile at 30 Avenue Jean Medecin and is about five minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available at Promenade des Arts at 18 Avenue Saint-Jean-Baptiste, about an eight minute walk. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
