Monthly rates based on a minimum stay of 90 nights, which includes all utility bills and internet. A stay tax will apply, which is 3% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras. A Booking Fee, plus monthly cleaning fee will also apply.

Floor/Building
The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There is no lift but the stairs are not steep, you will count 89 steps before you reach the floor.

Neighbourhood
Situated in the central hub of the Old Town, a few steps away from the famous Place du Palais. As soon as you step out the door, you'll be immersed in the colourful charm of the Old Town and all it has to offer at any time of year. The restaurants, bars and shops of the Old Town are literally on the doorstep. It is just a one minute walk away from both the Cours Saleya and Promenade des Anglais and the bus station, tram stop and public car park are literally just metres away.

Living Area
The large open plan living area features a dark wooden dining table and seating for six. At the far end is a large white leather corner sofa and two matching white leather armchairs. There is a large japanese style coffee table. A Pioneer audio visual system provides the entertainment through a 40" plasma TV and surround sound. There is French cable TV provided with some English news channels and DVD player.

Kitchen
The living and kitchen area are open plan. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, side by side fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The white units hold all manner of cooking utensils and tableware.
The kitchen worktop extends in a U-shape to provide a breakfast bar/dining area with two bar stools. Off the kitchen are French windows leading onto a cute balcony with table and chairs for two.
There is also a utility room with a washing machine.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom at the rear of the apartment overlooking a courtyard has a super king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, and large fitted wardrobes.

The second bedroom at the front of the apartment overlooking the street has a double bed, bedside tables and drawers, a desk and shelving space. There is an original marble fireplace which gives the room a traditional feel.

The third bedroom is set up for children and has a set of bunk beds and a very useful en-suite small shower room with a wash basin, toilet and small shower.

Bathroom
The traditionally styled white bathroom consists of a large enclosed shower area with 2 wash basins and mirrors. There is a large bath tub positioned in between the wash basins. A separate WC can be found in the hallway. There is an ensuite shower room off the third bedroom which has a wash basin, toilet and small shower.

How to get there
From the Airport

From the Train Station

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 25 minutes, not including time to change trams. Trams generally run every six minutes. You need to change tramline at Jean Medecin. Disembark at the Vieille Ville - Opera tram stop and it’s a two minute walk to the apartment.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

Most guests who take taxis or a transfer choose to be dropped off at Place du Palais de Justice because the Old Town area is pedestrianised and the taxi driver will not be able to drive to the entrance of the apartment building. This is a three minute walk from the apartment.

We can meet you at the tram stop, outside the apartment building, or at the Place du Palais de Justice fountain, as you prefer.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the station, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. When you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram to Vieille Ville - Opera which is a two minute walk from the apartment.

The nearest car park to our Nice apartment Opera Ville is Parking Corvesy at 3 Rue Alexandre Mari. This car park is located just outside the apartment. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
