Loved this apartment. Loved the sunshine and Nice. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and beautifully, but simply decorated. It is situated in a very peaceful area but not far from the promenade, central Nice and even Vieux Nice of you like walking. Every day was sunny and very hot so A.C. much appreciated. Wonderful visit village of Eze, views from the Jardin Exotique at the summit are spectacular. Also great afternoon at St. Jean Cap Ferrat where tourist office (opp. Bus stop at St. Jean) advised us to take a beautiful one hour walk on footpath around part of coast. Don’t miss Colline du Chateau in Nice itself, take the lift to the top, when the door opens you will hear everyone go ‘wow’ ! – views of Nice are amazing. We used both buses and Trams – all excellent. Looking forward to our next trip when we shall definitely use Riviera Pebbles again.

Had a lovely 5 days in the apartment we loved the location close to the beach & shops. We had good weather and only one day of rain. Great restaurants in the ‘old town’ much cheaper than the pedestrian areas, we often caught the bus to get there & then walked back. Fantastic view of Nice if you go to Chateau Hill, just past the markets. If we ever come back we will stay here again!

Amazing time ! This apartment in Nice was great, will definitely leave with a lot of memories! We had a nice breakfast on the balcony every morning and a nice home cooked meal at night. Will definitely recommend to a friend.

We’ve had a lovely time here and exploring Nice. We’ve found the buses and trains great and we have visited Monaco where we saw the palace, changing of the guard, Oceangraphic museum and admired the Yachts and cars! Villefranche has a quaint old town and the beach is less pebbley than Nice. We’ve covered miles on foot around the town and enjoyed the markets in the old town. The Matisse and the Modern Art Museums are worth a visit if you are interested in art ( and they’re free). Lovely weather other than one day of rain storm – going home with a tan.! Overall a great holiday.

This holiday apartment is clean, comfortable, well positioned in the city. We were pleased to find not only necessary things but city maps, video and French dictionary which was very useful. The nice street near the sea and the nice garden you can see from the balcony. We can recommend this apartment.

Our 3rd Riviera Pebbles property and 6th visit to Nice. Once again the rental apartment didn’t disappointed. Great location for the beach, town and access to the buses. Local restaurants and shops were all great and right on your door. The apartment is very nice and very well maintained. Arrival arrangements were perfect as usual and lots of helpful information. We enjoyed great weather for September and were in the sea on several days. Enjoyed great trips / long walks at Beaulieu sur Mer, Juan les pins and Cagnes sur Mer. Fantastic 3 course lunch at the beach bar ‘Le Rocher’ right on the water at the small beach at Garoupe on Cap d’Antibes. There are some great restaurants on Rue Myerbeer about 5 – 10 minutes walk towards town – try ‘ 11th Art’ for its taste menu but all the ones on that street are good – beware of ‘Lou Bellagio’ a good Italian with chaotic service that lets it down. The port are of Nice has some great places for lunch after you have looked around the harbour – walk round from the promenade des Anglais for great views en route. We ate in the apartment a couple of times and found it well equipped for when you are too tired to go back out and was warm enough to eat on the balcony so still felt like we were out. Once again an excellent stay in Nice with everything on hand for a really relaxing break. Will return soon.

Great apartment and great holiday! Lots of space, very comfortable and well equipped. Love the three balconies. Lovely relaxing space. Perfect Location – just a short walk to the restaurants and bars in the town centre, beach and casino supermarket. We had a great meal at L’Escalinada in the old town and enjoyed ordering a delivery from Pizza d’Or (tel no. In purple welcome folder- added bonus they speak English). Had a wonderful afternoon in Villefranche, just 10 mins bus ride on no. 81 bus or no. 100 from Gare Routiere. We also had a fun day at Marineland, 20 mins train journey to Biot from Gare SNCF – loved the whales, dolphins, and sea lions. One rainy day but we still had a great time playing scrabble in the apartment!! (you will find the scrabble in the laundry room). We’ll be back!

We loved this apartment. The space and the decor made it feel comfortable and chic. The balconies were nice for a quiet moment outside. We enjoyed walking along the promenade and sitting on the beach, both of which are a short, simple walk from the apartment. Avenue Victor Hugo is also an excellent street to walk on with its buildings. We love Nice. It has both a big city and small town feel. Riviera Pebbles do a great job. They know what their guests want and they are happy to accommodate them. We will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment ‘Les Fleurs’. Although weather wasn’t so nice. We spent much time in the lovely city and its museums. We can strongly recommend the Matisse Museum. The apartment’s art deco is beautiful – it really felt like home here. Looking forward to our next trip to Nice.

Had a wonderful 4 days in Nice – sunshine all the time. Rental apartment is splendid, we were very well catered for. Had a super day in Monaco and also the medieval village of Eze. Don’t worry about buses if they are late, they do come. Good food at Hippo and Buffalo in the old town. Definitely will come back again.

I really enjoyed staying in Nice – very interesting things to do and see. Le Grand Tour of Nice was slightly disappointing but overall worthwhile. Good fun and company.

Our holiday in Nice was really enjoyable. When in Eze look out for Bono’s House (U2). Finding somewhere to eat was never a problem and food everywhere was very good. Overall good company, good food, good craic.

I enjoyed Nice. Monte Carlo was great, would loved to have stayed for the Grand Prix. We had sunshine every day. Casino supermarket really handy for picnic supplies. I made more good memories with good friends.

Our first holiday together was lovely and staying in such a great apartment was a treat. We particularly enjoyed exploring the old town in Nice and Eze Village (suggest the bus rather than walking from Eze sur Mer station!) and spending time on the balcony with a glass of wine and plate of cheese. For what was only a brief visit (for Grand Prix) to your wonderful holiday apartment in a beautiful city. We also went to Cannes trying to ‘celeb spot’ at the film festival. Would hope to return for a longer and less hectic holiday. Just a couple of restaurant recommandations – ‘Fleur de Jade’ on rue de Italie, ‘Restaurant Meyerbeer’ on rue Meyerbeer. Finally many thanks to the Pebbles team.

Having made a brief two day visit to Nice in 2009 we decided to return with friends who due to illness in the family were unable to join us. Full praise for the Pebbles team, booking arranged, meet and greet, also cleanliness of the apartment and furnishings. We have had a wonderful relaxing week here and will return. Foot sore walking around Nice but have also travelled further afield to Monaco, Ville France, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. So much to see and the public transport is excellent. Spoilt for choice for restaurants but would return to ‘Le Voix de San Maire’ in Place Grimaldi a wonderful little restaurant. Also very reasonable i.e. ‘La Bar a Crepes’ on Rue de France. We will return- thank you.

We had a very nice stay here over Christmas. Stayed for 5 nights. It was raining heavily the first 2 days. The apartment is well situated close to the center and the beach. Grocery shops like Casino are also close. We, a family of 4, would like to stay here again returning to Nice.
