The apartment at Juan Flore was very modern and spacious. A beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. Only 15 minutes walk from Juan Les Pins train station allowing travel all along the coast. We drove down from the UK so the included secure underground parking was ideal, big enough for a BMW X5. Nice airport is only a 20 minute drive away. Close by is the town of Juan Les Pins with lots of places to eat out in the evening full of atmosphere. We stayed May 2010 and it's a shame the swimming pool in the complex doesn't open until June. Simon, UK

We spent an enjoyable 7 days in the apartment at Juan Flore recently. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Juan Les Pins and housed us, a family of four, very comfortably. Offering all the comforts of a home away from home, it is very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen and the proximity to grocery stores such as Le Clerec and La Vie Claire (highly recommended for organic foods) made it possible for us to whip up some satisfying dinners in the apartment. Juan Les Pins is a nice base to see the French Rivera if you rent a car. The underground secure parking for our rental car was an added bonus. A special mention to Vicky who went out of her way to make us comfortable in the apartment. She was not only prompt in responding to our requests for directions and information about the places we needed to visit, but also dropped off a personal collection of English DVD's for the kids so they wouldn't get bored. A big thank you from the kids and us! We will not hesitate to rent this apartment for future vacations. Arathi
