Just off Boulevard Gambetta, the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The Massena pedestrian area with its shopping, restaurants, and nightlife a plenty can be reached in a 10 minute walk. The train station is a 15 minute walk away, or a few minutes bus ride from the shop a minute walk away from the apartment. In the vicinity you can enjoy the beautiful Alsace-Lorraine Park and watch the locals take in the sun. A large supermarket is within a five minute stroll.

The living and kitchen area are open plan. There is a large sofa with two occasional chairs, a flat screen TV (French cable with 5 English channels), DVD and a hi-fi system. There is also a dining table with seating for two.

Large glass French doors flank the south side of the living room and kitchen which open directly onto the 50sqm garden. Keep the windows open and enjoy the breeze, or when its hot, hot, hot, take a break inside with the air-conditioning on.

A modern kitchen with all the necessities for rustling up a feast including a ceramic hob, convection oven, and microwave. A full sized fridge, dishwasher and washing machine can also be found here.
