On the 3rd floor (top floor) of a typical Niçoise building, with a lift. Please note that the lift begins on the 1st floor and so the lift is reached after climbing approximately 20 stairs. Due to its position, the apartment is very quiet.

Directly on the Place Massena square, at the start of the pedestrian zone, this is a prime spot for a holiday apartment. It is a five minute walk to the beach, Promenade and the Old Town. The shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin is just a few minutes away.

The living area is open plan with the kitchen. It has a two seater sofa, small console table and a dining table for four (fourth chair is in the bedroom). There is a flat screen LCD and a DVD player. No channels are available currently. If you are a party of four, please note the seating and size of the living area. Whilst the holiday apartment can sleep up to four people, we would recommend it should be booked for 2 or 3 guests due to the living room space. A locked door found in the living area accesses the apartment Claire next door. See the particulars below should you wish to book both apartments with us.

There are wood units with a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and four-ring hob.

The main bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables with reading lamps. There is a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is en-suite to this bedroom and is fitted with a shower cubicle, wash basin with mirror over and a WC.

The second bedroom is on the mezzanine floor which is 2 metres in height, although this decreases in the far end of the bedroom. There is a WC off this mezzanine bedroom as well as a full bathroom downstairs. There is hanging and storage space in both bedrooms.

The fully tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin with a large mirror and a WC. It should be noted that the bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom so that guests occupying the second mezzanine bedroom (with en-suite WC and wash basin) will need to walk through the main bedroom to access the shower. This arrangement might be best suited to a couple with a child or children rather than two couples sharing.

Marie is one of two apartments next door to each other and if combined they are known as "Marie Claire". If both apartments are booked together they can accommodate up to six guests. There is a door that can be opened to allow guests to move between the two. Otherwise, the door will be locked so that separate parties can enjoy complete privacy from each other.
