It is also a five minute walk to the Pedestrian Zone and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants.

On top of the above amenities and all necessary kitchen equipment, we provide a Brita water filter, an iron and ironing board, a clothes dryer, and a high speed hairdryer.

The parquet floors, French chandeliers, and large French windows bring a touch of elegance to the living area. The look is complemented by a leather two seater sofa, armchair, reading lamps and a dining table with four chairs. There is also an LCD screen and DVD player. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and French cable TV with some English channels. There is also a CD player.

The kitchen comprises of simple white units, a grey worktop, a four ring gas hob with extractor and an electric oven. There is also a washing machine, fridge-freezer.
We bet most guests will take advantage of the gorgeous garden terrace and dine alfresco, but to cater for all, there is also a traditional kitchen table with three chairs if you prefer to be indoors. Large French doors lead out into the garden terrace.

The large bedroom is quiet and easily fits a king size bed, a free standing wardrobe and two chairs with small side table. There are fitted wall lights above the bed and fitted wardrobes with dresser.

The room is wallpapered in a soft rose to match the curtains and soft furnishings. Large French double glazed doors lead out onto the peaceful garden terrace which overlooks a tree filled courtyard.

A new bathroom (installed March 2009) in a classical style consisting of a white luxury marble bath with an above shower attachment and a clear glass shower screen, a white porcelain wash basin on a pedestal with a large oval mirror, 2 incandescent side lamps and a glass shelf. The bathroom is fully marble tiled in light ivory with a stylish Art Deco decorative border and the tapware is in the Retro style - sure to add a touch of romanticism! There is also a stand with glass shelves and a towels support. The new separate toilet and wash basin with a round mirror is across the hall.

There is a fold away bed stored in a cupboard for the occasional third guest.
