On top of the above amenities and all necessary kitchen equipment, we provide a Brita water filter, an iron and ironing board, a clothes dryer, and a high speed hairdryer.

The living area is bright and airy with floor to ceiling patio windows and cream floor tiles. There are two beige sofas with a coffee table, small rug, and easy chair, flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Accessed from the living room is a large quiet terrace with two modern picnic tables and four chairs.

The kitchen is open plan with beech units concealing a dishwasher, a combined washing machine and tumble dryer, and fridge-freezer. There is also a stainless steel oven with a three ring halogen electric hob. Guests can either eat at the breakfast bar or on a table outside on the terrace.

The bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside tables with table lamps, and a fitted wardrobe with drawers. You can access the terrace from the bedroom. Large patio windows span the bedroom wall. The windows have electric shutters for a good nights sleep.

The bathroom is fully tiled in white tiles with a decorative blue border. There is a bath with overhead shower and glass shower screen, a vanity unit and a towel radiator.
