Rue Verdi is a street off Boulevard Gambetta, just behind Boulevard Victor Hugo. From the apartment it is a ten minute walk to the beach, Promenade and Pedestrian Zone. It is a five minute walk to the train station. In twenty minutes, you can find yourself in the Old Town.

The pretty living and kitchen area is open plan and has a sofa with wrought iron frame and two wicker chairs. There is a small balcony leading off the living area. The tapestry on the wall and polished parquet flooring add ornate charm. There is a 32" flat screen TV which provides French cable channels as well as some English news channels. There is also Wi-Fi and a DVD player.

The kitchen, in keeping with the rest of the apartment, retains a rustic theme with dark wood shaker units and worktop and buttercup tiled floor. There is a washing machine, a separate tumble dryer, a dishwasher and a four-ring gas hob and microwave.

The master bedroom has a wrought iron king size bed (two single mattresses) with a French wardrobe, bedside tables, reading lamps and a large mirror.

In the second bedroom there are two single wrought iron beds, a bedside table, lamps and two chairs. There are also fitted mirrored wardrobes.

Large windows, window shutters, ceiling fans, pretty soft furnishings and Juliette balconies are great bonuses.

The bathroom has a white corner bath and a tiled vanity unit with a large mirror and cupboards and drawers underneath. There is a separate WC across the hall.
