Les Fleurs neighbourhood is centrally located off to the Negresco side of Nice, to the West of the Alsace-Lorraine Gardens. Four streets back from the Promenade Des Anglais, close to the main Avenue. Gambetta, a bus stop is found minutes away for direct access to the airport and train station. There are large grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants within a few minutes walk away.

On top of the above amenities and all necessary kitchen equipment, we provide a Brita water filter, an iron and ironing board, a clothes dryer, and a high speed hairdryer.

The large living area and kitchen are open plan. Blessed with 12 foot ceilings and large French doors opening out onto a quiet balcony, guests can relax inside and out.
The balcony equipped with table and four chairs overlooks a quiet courtyard. Perfect for lazy days and atmospheric summer evenings.
Back inside, there is a dining table and chairs for 4 people and a large living area with a black leather sofa and easy chairs, 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, and French cable system including English news channels and Wi-Fi.
There is a separate air-conditioning unit in the living room.

The open plan kitchen marries well with the living area with its black counter tops, beige mosaic tiles, and lacquered white cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic 4 ring hob, extractor fan oven and microwave.
A white glass dining table, with chairs for four, separates the kitchen from the living space to form an open plan area.

The large master bedroom enjoys a balcony with chairs overlooking a quiet and well manicured garden. As well as a King Size bed, two side tables with lamps and a large wardrobe there is also a table for your laptop. An added luxury is the en-suite private walk-in shower and washbasin.
The second bedroom also enjoys a sunny south facing balcony and again is large. It hosts two single beds, two side tables with lamps, a wardrobe, desk, make-up table and CD radio.
Both bedrooms have individually controlled air-conditioning / heating units with remote control.

The modern stone tiled bathrooms are located in the main hallway and master bedroom.
In main bathroom find a bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rack, with a second toilet found next door in a separate room with wash basin.
The master bedroom holds its own private walk-in shower and washbasin.
