Set in an exclusive residence in Fabron above Nice this holiday rental apartment is quiet and residential. In the hills just above Nice, the apartment looks down over the Coastline and Mediterranean. There is a bakery five minutes walk away and a small shop selling groceries and household goods. We would recommend that guests hire a car, though there is a bus stop for Nice Centre situated about five minutes walk away from the residence. The buses run approx. every half hour.

On top of the above amenities and all necessary kitchen equipment, we provide a Brita water filter, an iron and ironing board, a clothes dryer, a high speed hairdryer and an alarm clock.

A large red corner sofa curves around the room - perfect for enjoying the sea view. Along one wall is a large console table with a 30 inch LCD screen with satellite English TV. There is a large rectangular table with six high backed chairs.

The kitchen opens out onto a terrace of some 20 square metres so there is plenty of light. Fitted with wooden units and granite worktops along the length of both walls, there is a built in dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, four ring hob and extractor fan.

A hotel suite in its own right - the master bedroom has a king size bed with built in bedside tables and inset reading lights, two armchairs and a round glass table, a tall lamp, a console unit and a 28 inch LCD television and DVD player. There are spacious built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The second bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps. There are large built in wardrobes. The shower room is en-suite. Large patio windows with decorative voiles lead to the North facing terrace.

The third bedroom has a double bed with inset reading lamps. There are large built in wardrobes. Like the second bedroom, this room has an en-suite shower room and large patio windows with decorative voiles lead out onto the north facing terrace.

There is a main bathroom off the master bedroom, two shower rooms off the smaller bedrooms and a WC at the entrance of the apartment. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, a large vanity unit with wash basin, bidet, toilet and towel radiator. The two smaller bathrooms have a shower cubicle, vanity unit with wash basin and a towel radiator. All are tastefully tiled in an Italian cream.
