Rue Rossini is a long street at the back of the Musicien's quarter, near to the train station. It is a five minute stroll to the train station. It is a ten minute walk to the beach and Promenade. It is best to reach the Old Town by hopping on the tram: you will be there in 5 minutes. If you prefer to stroll, it will be a 20 minute walk.

Relax on the large black leather sofa or large easy chair. There is a flat screen TV with some English channels, along with a Hi-Fi and DVD player. Natural light streams into this apartment and brings out the best in the parquet floor. Large French windows leading out to the second terrace where you can dine al fresco. If you prefer to eat indoors, there is a large rectangular table with four high backed black leather chairs.

The beech units and worktops look super when the light streams in from the large windows. You will find a built-in dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, four ring hob and extractor fan. There is also a microwave.

There is a wrought iron king size bed with two bedside tables and reading lamps. A large stand alone wardrobe and dressing table ensures plenty of storage space. All the furniture is an attractive wood which looks great against the parquet flooring. Large french doors lead out onto a terrace with table and 2 chairs. Perfect for lazy breakfasts or brunch.

Stylistically interesting with a aqua-marine mosaic tiled curving wall on entry, the bathroom is well equipped with two wash basins, a large mirror and a shower cubicle with glass doors. A separate WC is found across the hall.
