On the 3rd floor (top floor) of a typical Niçoise building, with a lift. Please note that the lift begins on the 1st floor and so the lift is reached after climbing approximately 20 stairs. Due to its position, the apartment is very quiet.

Neighbourhood
Directly on the Place Massena square, at the start of the pedestrian zone, this is a prime spot for a holiday apartment. It is a five minute walk to the beach, Promenade and the Old Town. The shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin is just a few minutes away.

The living area is open plan with the kitchen. It has a two seater sofa, small console table and a dining table for two. here is a flat screen television and a DVD player.
