Directly on the Place Massena square, at the start of the pedestrian zone, this is a prime spot for a holiday apartment. The pedestrian zone, just below, offers an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafés, and the shopping district of Avenue Jean Medicin is just minutes away.

From the apartment, it is a five minute walk to the beach, Promenade and the bustling Old Town, where guests will find further restaurants and great nightlife.

The living area is open plan with the kitchen. It has a two seater sofa, small console table and a dining table for two. There is also a flat screen TV and a DVD player. A locked door, found in the living area, accesses the apartment, Marie, next door. See the particulars below should you wish to book both apartments with us.

The kitchen is compact, but has everything you need to prepare simple meals with the local produce. It combines wooden units with a fridge, two-ring hob and a microwave.

The cosy bedroom, with its exposed wooden beam, is on the mezzanine level, which is two metres in height. Here guests will find a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and reading lamps.

Fully tiled in shades of blue, the bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and a large mirror.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

Claire is one of two apartments next to each other, called "Marie Claire". If both apartments are booked together, they can accommodate six. There is a door that can be opened to allow guests to move between the two. Otherwise, the door will be locked so separate parties can enjoy privacy.
