Rue Verdi is a street off Boulevard Gambetta, just behind Boulevard Victor Hugo. From the apartment it is a ten minute walk to the beach, Promenade and Pedestrian Zone. It is a five minute walk to the train station. In twenty minutes, you can find yourself in the Old Town.

On top of the above amenities and all necessary kitchen equipment, we provide a Brita water filter, an iron and ironing board, a high speed hairdryer and alarm clock.

The pretty living and kitchen area is open plan and has a sofa with wrought iron frame and two wicker chairs. There is a small balcony leading off the living area. The tapestry on the wall and polished parquet flooring add ornate charm. There is a 32" flat screen TV which provides French cable channels as well as some English news channels. There is also Wi-Fi and a DVD player.

The kitchen, in keeping with the rest of the apartment, retains a rustic theme with pale wood shaker units and worktop and buttercup tiled floor. There is a washer dryer, a dishwasher and a four-ring gas hob, an oven and a microwave.

The master bedroom has a wrought iron king size bed (two single mattresses) with a French wardrobe, bedside tables, reading lamps and a large mirror.

In the second bedroom there are two single wrought iron beds, a bedside table, lamps and two chairs. There are also large fitted wardrobes.

Large windows, window shutters, ceiling fans, pretty soft furnishings and Juliette balconies are great bonuses.

The bathroom has a white corner bath and a tiled vanity unit with a large mirror and cupboards and drawers underneath. There is a separate WC along the hallway.
