The location could not be more central. Situated just off Place Masséna, this holiday apartment is right in the centre of all the action Nice has to offer.
The bustling pedestrian area of Rue Masséna, with its abundance of bakeries, restaurants, bars and cafes is on your doorstep. Located in the middle of the shopping district, with Les Galleries Lafayette just across the street, the shopping District of Avenue Jean Médecin and designer shops such as Chanel, Max Mara, and Louis Vuitton mere minutes away. The famous Jardin Alberti and the lush park, La Coulée Verte are situated one block away.
From the apartment, it is a five to eight minutes’ walk to the Old Town and les Cours Saleya. Walking down to the Promenade des Anglais, which is lined with beaches, will take a mere five to six minutes and once there you have the choice of lying like a local on the pebbles, or treating yourself to extra comfort at one of the private, serviced beaches, Plage Beau Rivage being among the closest.
With the train station 15 minutes away and the bus and tram stops less than five minutes away, the whole of the French Riviera is very easily accessible.

The large and welcoming open plan living area has been finished in a contemporary, fresh, beachy style with lots of aqua marine blue, sandy beige, touches of wicker and beautiful real pale wood parquet flooring and furniture. Light pours into the room from the large double glazed sliding glass doors which also expose the greenery of the terrace. This area is perfect for relaxing in tranquillity, dining with family and friends or curling up to watch a film.
There are two, two seater, comfortable sandy beige sofas, a glass topped coffee table, TV cabinet with flat screen TV and a dining table with black iron chairs to seat four.
Out on the balcony there is a comfy lounge area with wicker two seater sofa, two armchairs and low table and two metal dining tables with chairs to seat four. These tables can be easily put together or separated.
The sleek and modern kitchen is open plan to the living area. Clean white lacquered cupboards hide an array of appliances including a full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an oven, a microwave, and a four-ring hob as well as a separated island that can seat two.
Under the cupboards there is the option for soft blue lighting and the white stone worktop is shattered with flecks of black and metallic stone giving this area an added glitz. Guests have plenty of workspace for preparing delicious meals with local ingredients. The kitchen has everything needed to make this your home away from home on the Riviera.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and follow the same modern and welcoming style as the rest of the apartment with plenty of pale wood, sandy beige and light blue colors, and pieces of wicker furniture.
The master bedroom has a bespoke super king size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, a large free standing wardrobe with full length mirror and a wicker armchair with small glass side table. Full length double glazed doors give access onto the large terrace.
