We love the refreshingly different green leather sofas in the living area of this well styled and well loved apartment. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and other modern conveniences include air-conditioning throughout as well as a SKY English TV package. The terrace is a great place to have a drink before hitting the town - and you can even catch a glimpse of the sea as you sip your cocktails. The apartment is also just two blocks back from the beach and the supermarket is less than a minutes walk away.

Boulevard Gambetta is one of the best known central roads of Nice and runs directly from the Promenade des Anglais. If you choose to stay at Le 26 you will be within five minutes of the beach, five minutes of the Pedestrian Zone, and a fifteen minute walk from the Old Town.

There are two large green leather sofas and a dining table with four chairs. A wall-mounted plasma TV is equipped with a full SKY package and the large patio windows lead out onto the balcony complete with table and chairs.

The white kitchen is light and airy with a washing machine, separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, 2 ring hob and microwave.

Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are of a similar size and both have en suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, high chests of drawers, and fitted wardrobes with sliding doors. They have good sized windows, are bright and airy and have electronic shutters to ensure a peaceful sleep.

Bathroom
Both bathrooms are of a similar size. There is a separate WC. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have a bath with shower attachment, and a vanity unit.
