The open plan living and dining room look out over Rue Cronstadt, a central but residential street. This room is framed by three large full length double windows that open onto Juliette balconies. Painted in clean modern white with a natural, light wood parquet flooring there is a sleek dark grey three-seater sofa and bright blue woven armchair, a coffee table and flat screen TV on a light wood cabinet.
Just next to this relaxing lounge area there is a large wooden dining table that will comfortably accommodate six. This room also comes with air-conditioning.
The kitchen is situated at the back of the property and has been finished with white lacquered cupboards and a contrasting black worktop. There is a large window that lets in plenty of natural light and a small breakfast bar.
The kitchen holds a four-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The first bedroom holds a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a white metal freestanding wardrobe. Plush velvet curtains bring warmth to this room.
The second, larger bedroom holds two single beds and has been finished in subtle tones in pale rose and lavender. There are white wooden bedside tables and reading lamps, a dark purple velvet bench and a double wardrobe.
The quirky bathroom has been finished in tones of dark grey and pale yellow with stone tiled floor and feature grey brick wall. There is a large walk in shower, curved vanity unit and wash basin, mirror and toilet.
