Finished with parquet flooring, graceful artwork, bespoke leather sofa and armchairs and lots of homely touches, this room is perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
There is a three seater sofa, two separate armchairs, glass coffee table, TV with DVD option and dining table with chairs to seat four, perfectly positioned to enjoy the incredible view.
The open plan kitchen joins the living room and has been finished with modern, clean, cream cupboards. There is a four ring induction hob, oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the hallway cupboard.
Both bedroom are spacious and well appointed.
The first provides access onto the second terrace. Finished in subtle tones with modern artwork there is a king size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side, bespoke chest of draws and built in wardrobes.
The second bedroom also has access onto the second terrace. Decorated with tones of blue there are two single beds with suede headboards and a built in wardrobe.
Both bathrooms, like the rest of the apartment have been completely renovated to a modern and high standard, finished with white tiles and touches of blue mosaic.
