The apartment is situated on the edge of the Musiciens area and is a few minutes walk from the main train station Gare de Nice Ville. The apartment is perfectly situated to explore the Riviera by rail.

The apartment is a five minute walk from the tramway on Avenue Jean Médecin. A regular bus service stops within 100m of the front door. For as little as one euro, you can easily reach the Promenade, Old Town and beyond.

For the more energetic, you can walk to the beach and Old Town within twenty minutes.... Or you can hop on the bikes.

The parquet flooring extends into the living area where double French doors open onto the balcony. There is a high-quality double sofa bed and there are two comfy single chairs. A fold down table seats four. There is a 42 inch wall mounted flat-screen television, a DVD player, and a CD music system with a connection for an MP3 player. Wi-Fi can be accessed through public access networks although no guarantee can be provided.

The kitchen is fitted with modern units but also retains some original charm with a ceramic sink and larder. It has a two-ring electric hob, combination microwave and grill and fridge-freezer.

This good sized double bedroom with original parquet floors has a double wrought iron bed with matching clothing storage unit and ceiling light, a lovely large antique chest of drawers and dressing table. French windows open to a Juliette balcony with views of the magnificent Russian Church.

Tiled in white, there is a bath with shower, a sink and a toilet. There is also a top loading washing machine.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for two guests and utilities. If guests wish to use the sofa bed there is an extra cost of 40 euros payable on arrival for extra linen and towels.
