This 4th floor rental apartment is in a large building, with a lift. The building has underground car-parking. The apartment has its own garage (£70 supplement) - although the space requires good parking skills and we wouldn't advise trying to park a large people carrier in it.

Rue de France is one street back from the Promenade des Anglais so this apartment is very near to the beach. Nice Magnan is not in the city centre so it will take you fifteen minutes to walk along Rue de France to get to the hub of the pedestrian zone with its hundreds of restaurants and boutiques surrounding Place Magenta.
It is a 30 minute walk from the apartment to Place Massena and the Old Town. Should you prefer, there are regular buses. The area still has some restaurants, bars, and shops less than a five minute walk away.

There are two large sofa beds in the living room. There is also a coffee table, TV, Hi-Fi unit, and a large dining table with eight chairs. The living room can access both terraces. The terraces are large but there will be some noise as the road below is a busy one. There is a white plastic table and six chairs on one of the terraces.

The beech kitchen hosts a built in fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, an electric four-ring hob, an oven and an extractor fan. There is a large double glazed window leading out onto the second larger terrace. At the far side of the living room is a wooden table with seating for up to 8 people . There is a small alcove into the kitchen so the chef can cook whilst still keeping an eye on children or joining in family conversations.

The three bedrooms run along the main corridor and are very similar in size and look. All three have the same white framed double beds, similar bedside units, bedside lamps, and sliding fitted wardrobes. There are no curtains in the apartment but for sleeping, the electric shutters can be lowered. All double glazed windows look out onto the large terrace. All the bedrooms are fitted with their own air-conditioning unit.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment. The picture shown is of the larger one which consists of a bath with a shower attachment, a double sink suit, a large mirror, a WC, and a bidet. The smaller bathroom consists of a shower cubicle and a sink unit in a similar style to the one pictured. Another WC is to be found at the entrance to the apartment. In a sliding cupboard just outside the main bathroom is a combination washing machine and tumble dryer.

This holiday apartment in Nice is very light and airy due to the spacious rooms and large patio windows throughout. The apartment is functional rather than luxurious and this is reflected in the prices. It is a good sized holiday accommodation which will work very well for a large family or group.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than 7 days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
