Located in a delightfully peaceful area of the port, the apartment is just a three minute walk from the well-known Boulevard Frank Pilatte, with its stunning views. Take the short cut through the gate at the end of Avenue Gustavin, turn right and this takes you right down to the beautiful port area with it selection of tempting restaurants and cafe bars. The Nice Sailing Club is located on Boulevard Frank Pilatte, providing easy to its sports facilities, the beach or simply a great place for lunch in the club restaurant.

All that Nice has to offer is within easy walking distance (ten minutes), including the famous Promenade des Anglais, Place Garibaldi and the Old Town. You can find small convenience stores dotted around the port and for more substantial shopping, Carrefour, a hypermarket, with other high street stores in the complex, is just ten minutes away on foot.
For those with a car, you should have no trouble finding a parking space on Avenue Gustavin, alternatively, there is also a large public outdoor car park on the port itself.

The cosy living area has a three-seater sofa, a sideboard with a TV and DVD, a small table for dining, with two chairs, and sliding doors which open out onto a balcony. It receives a lot of natural light, which is reflected by the marble flooring.

The kitchen is compact and has everything you need for your stay. It is equipped with an oven and extractor fan, four ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The washing machine is situated a cupboard in the bathroom.

The light and airy bedroom has a double sized bed with wooden surround. There is ample storage space, a bedside table, reading lamps and a relaxing garden view.

The bathroom has been attractively renovated with light-coloured stone affect tiles. It has a large shower, a glass wash basin and a storage unit with mirrored front. There is a separate WC with its own wash basin off the hallway.
