This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern gated complex building looking out onto a secure garden area. There is a large modern lift.

Just next to the Port, Port Nicea is centrally situated within easy walking distance (ten minutes) of all that Nice has to offer, including the famous Promenade des Anglais and the Old Town. A small convenience store is less than a minutes walk away and for more substantial shopping Carrefour, a hypermarket, with other high street stores in the complex, is within a 10-minute walking distance. Here you can experience real Nice with small local shops including a delicious patisserie and a traditional boulangerie around the corner.

For those with cars, there are two large public car parks nearby one at the port and the other named Rue Barla a few minutes walk away.

The living area is spacious for a studio and has a two-seater sofa that also serves as a pull-out bed. There is a large bookshelf that's well stocked for holiday reading from fiction to local interest; you can even brush up on your French! The TV and DVD come in handy for winter evenings or afternoon siestas when the Niçois sun is just too much to take! There is a desk for those who have to work, or just want to connect with friends and family online.
There is a bar that seats four, great for breakfast or dinner, though we expect most guests will want to enjoy meals on the balcony.

The kitchen is open plan and is compact but well stocked. Everything you need for a little home cooking is available and the dishwasher means you can put your feet up with a glass of rosé, instead of slaving away with the washing up! For cooking, you have a two-ring hob and microwave oven. The fridge and dishwasher complete the amenities.

There is no separate bed in this studio. The living room has a sofa bed to use for sleeping.

The bathroom is spacious with a shower, a sink, bidet and, of course, a toilet.
