The location could not be better; on the ground floor, you'll find the local boulangerie with its freshly baked breads and pastries just right for breakfast, and you're only 100 metres from the main shopping area with designer shops such as Chanel, Max Mara, and Louis Vuitton. Some very popular restaurants and bars are also very close to this apartment.

From the rental apartment, it is a five minute walk to the Old Town. With the train station 15 minutes away and the bus and tram stops less than five minutes away, the whole of the French Riviera is easily accessible.

The kitchen and living area are open plan with beautiful real wood flooring throughout.

In the living area there are two very large brown leather sofas, a 32" inch LCD screen and DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, as well as wall radiators, fans for summer, two large lamps for soft lighting in the evenings, and shelving with a Hi-Fi unit.

A glass topped table with chairs for four people provides the ideal place for eating any home cooked meals you rustle up with all the local ingredients available.

The attractive kitchen comprises cream shaker units with a grey worktop. It comes fully equipped with an oven, four-ring electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms, both approximately the same size and furnished in a similar fashion with double beds and matching furniture; wardrobes, bedside tables, reading lamps and wall-mounted full length mirrors.

There are shutters to keep out the light for sleeping and the windows are double-glazed throughout which helps keep the apartment quiet at night.

The large bathroom has a bath, a glass wash basin with a wall mounted mirrored vanity unit, a towel radiator and a toilet. Above the bath is a rain shower with an additional shower attachment.

Contained within a cupboard in the bathroom is a combined washing machine and tumble dryer.
