This holiday rental is situated up a small hill, just off Place Saint Francois, in the Old Town. The hill is more of a short incline and guests shouldn't be concerned by it, (its very easy we promise) though you should take note if you are with small children or have very elderly parents with you. The advantage is that, while being literally seconds away from the charm and character that the Old Town has to offer, the apartment is tucked away in a quieter spot.

This enticing rental apartment provides a great base for enjoying everything that holidaymakers love about the Old Town. From rue Guigonis it is only a few minutes walk, past Cours Saleya and its daily market, to the beach and the renowned Promenade des Anglais. The attractive Port is also just five minutes away, and several bus lines and the tram are easily accessible.

The large, bright living area has a three seater sofa and a matching chair. For entertainment there is a 42 inch LCD screen along with plenty of shelving units holding books and DVDs. There is a perspex coffee table and rug for enjoying drinks and snacks and, for more formal dining, a table and four chairs. Should you ever decide to invite friends over, the table pulls out to seat up to eight.

Guests will find the ceiling fan a big bonus in summer months. In winter there is gas central heating.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a four-ring gas hob with extractor fan, an electric oven and a large fridge freezer. There is a breakfast bar with two stools, and a good selection of cooking utensils are provided.

The inviting master bedroom houses a king-size bed with bedside shelves and reading lamps. Near the window is a mirror with a shelf just below, making it the perfect place to store make-up or toiletries. There is also a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe, as well as a selection of decorative prints.

The second bedroom has a real zen feel to it. It's furnished with a double bed, a single wardrobe and a small cabinet with a drawer, and has its own dressing area with mirror.

The attractive bathroom has a deep bath with overhead shower, a large glass wash basin and mirror with fitted lights. The toilet can be found here, as can the washing machine.
