As you enter this very bright 4th floor apartment, you first come to the kitchen and dining area which then leads onto the spacious, dual aspect 30 square metre living area.

Here there are two inviting white sofas, a large rug, two stylish reading lamps, and colourful cushions. The living area provides a comfortable environment in which to enjoy the high-tech amenities of the apartment.

For your entertainment, there is a 42-inch Philips LCD TV and HD DVD player, as well as in-wall KEF speakers and a Yamaha Dolby 7.1 processor. There is also a SKY TV package offering over 100 English channels with sports coverage.

The kitchen is at least 30 square metres and has everything you need for lavish entertaining. There are no fewer than 21 gloss white or frosted glass kitchen units, some of which hide the dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, with the others holding all the utensils, crockery, and glassware you could ever need. For all dining requirements, there is a Smeg four-ring gas hob, a microwave, and a Smeg oven. A long wenge worktop with aluminum trim holds a kettle, toaster, and a cafetière.

Once you have been creative in the kitchen, you can dine in style at an impressive dark wood table which comes complete with six chairs which have been exquisitely upholstered in brown velvet.

To the far end of the kitchen, there is a very useful built-in desk - ideal for using a laptop or writing postcards home. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the apartment.

The alluring bedroom is a huge 30 square metres and has a super king size bed with a superior mattress. The bedroom leads onto a large shower room which then leads through to a private WC.

In the bedroom guests will find the large luxury Philippe Starke bath which is designed for two. The bath comes with cushioned headboards at either end and there are three Grohe taps for hot and cold water and one for the shower attachment.

Most likely you will shower in the separate two square metre custom walk-in shower. This luxirous room comes with inset lights, a bespoke teak deck, pebble-featured wall, and large bespoke marble font or basin.
