The building is situated half way down the Promenade des Anglais opposite Poincare beach and about a 10 minute walk from the famous Negresco and Florida beach. Whilst you'll need to stroll into the centre of town, it's certainly accessible. It will take you fifteen minutes to walk along the Promenade to get to the hub of the pedestrian zone with its hundreds of restaurants and boutiques surrounding Place Magenta.
It is a 30 minute walk from the apartment to Place Massena and the Old Town. Should you prefer, there are regular buses. The area still has some restaurants, bars, and shops less than a five minute walk away.

On top of the above amenities and all necessary kitchen equipment, we provide a Brita water filter, an iron and ironing board, a clothes dryer, a high speed hairdryer and alarm clock in each bedroom.

The large living area is open plan and has double aspect floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the fabulous sea view. There are two large grey sofas comfortably seating four and a 37" LCD TV and DVD player. A round antique dining table with four distinctive red chairs add character. From the living area you can access the terrace with table and four chairs for alfresco dining.

The stylish kitchen is open plan to the living area and has white kitchen units with a contrasting bamboo worktop. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and halogen hob, and fridge-freezer.

Both the quiet bedrooms are situated at the rear of the apartment and have small balconies overlooking a large courtyard. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king size bed with reading lights and small storage cupboards. There is a small ensuite shower/wet room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside tables and lamps. There are two traditional chests of drawers providing ample clothes storage.

The main bathroom is compact and modern. There is a bath with shower over, large wash basin with mirror and WC. There is an ensuite wet room to the master bedroom which is fully tiled and has a small wash basin, shower and WC.

Flexible changeover dates.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than 7 days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
