Rue Guiglia is in the heart of the well known Musiciens area and a short walk from the prestigious Boulevard Victor Hugo and main bus routes. There are several local bakeries and grocers in the near vicinity. From the apartment it is a fifteen minute walk to the beach, Promenade and Pedestrian Zone. It is a five minute walk to the train station. In twenty minutes, you can find yourself in the Old Town.

The living room enjoys a western aspect - perfect for the terrace leading from it. Here four people can sit and enjoy al fresco dining or drinks as well as lounging in the sun from midday onwards. Inside, there is elegant seating for 4 provided by a sofa and 2 easy chairs. There is a flat screen TV with DVD and SKY satellite television. Wi-Fi is also provided. The room is tastefully decorated with antique lighting bought locally. Electric blinds are provided for extra privacy if required.

The U-shaped kitchen is open plan to the dining and living area and is equipped with a four ring electric hob, integrated dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer, oven and a microwave.

There is a round wooden table and 4 chairs in the middle of the living area between the kitchen and lounge areas.

Both well appointed bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. The first bedroom has a super king size bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is a spacious fitted wardrobe on the adjoining hallway for storage.

The second bedroom is fashioned and arranged in a similar style to the first and has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a fitted wardrobe.

There are two perfectly formed en suite shower rooms. Both are fully tiled with power showers, vanity units with wash basins and mirrors and a toilet.
