Both the beach and the famous Cours Saleya Flower and Farmers' Market are less than a minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The Port is less than a five minute walk away and the shopping district of Jean Médecin can be reached within a fifteen minute stroll. The bus station can be reached within ten minutes through the Old Town. The Opera House - Opera de Nice is a short stroll down the Cours Saleya and there is the Cours Saleya underground car park within a three minute walk away.

As soon as you enter the apartment you can enjoy the magnificent view.
There are two leather sofas, a coffee table, side tables and plenty of soft furnishings and lamps.
For entertainment there is a 38 inch TV as well as Wi-Fi internet access, and French cable TV including music channels and about 5 English channels, a DVD player and a radio for guests use.
And of course, leading off from the living area is the large terrace with patio furniture where we guess most of our guests will spend most of their time enjoying the sea breeze and the view.

The living area and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen units hold a fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, a dishwasher, built-in oven with extractor fan, electric halogen hob and plenty of cupboard space containing all necessary utensils to cook and entertain.
Just off the dining room is a large round glass and wrought iron table with four chairs.

The two bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and both benefit from ceiling fans.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed, two bedside tables with table lamps and a wardrobe and 6 drawer chest as well as an easy chair. French windows lead onto a small balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps along with a wardrobe. This bedroom also leads out onto a small balcony.

The fully tiled bathroom has a wash basin, vanity unit, and a rain shower. A separate WC can be found next door.
