This holiday apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a totally refurbished building. The building benefits from marble staircases and stained glass windows should you prefer to walk rather than take the lift. There is a lift, and security fob entry.

This rental apartment in Nice is located in the heart of the centre in the very desirable area known as the Carré d'Or. It is very close to the beach - a short walk just two blocks or streets will bring you onto the Promenade des Anglais.

Guests will find many high quality shops, wine bars, and excellent restaurants on their doorstep and just one street away is Rue de France and the beginning of the Massena pedestrian zone with plenty of shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Nice's Old Town and Cours Saleya daily market is a 15 minute stroll away. The local bus route is close by and the airport express bus is located on the Promenade. The main bus station and train station are about a 15 minute walk away and the Port and Castle Hill will take about 20 minutes by foot.

The living area is open plan to the kitchen. There is a sofa with red throw, white console table, red leather bucket chair, tall reading lamp and a white dining table with four high backed red chairs. Entertainment consists of a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player along with a SKY freeview package. There is also a Hi-Fi unit on a shelf.
Double patio doors give access to the south facing sunny balcony. There is a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy the sunshine.

A separate WC is found off the living area.

The kitchen can provide basic meals. There are dark wood units with a grey granite worktop and mirrored splash back. There is a 2 ring ceramic hob, combination microwave and fridge. There is no separate oven. A washing machine is found here, along with basic amenities such as toaster and electric kettle.

The bedroom is located in the loft area but there is ample head height. There is a double bed, low level bedside drawers with table lamps and a fitted wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors. All made all the more inviting with attention to detail on the soft furnishings. Leading off the bedroom is a modern en-suite shower room.

The shower room is in the loft area off the bedroom. It is fully tiled and comprises of a shower cubicle and glass wash basin with a large mirror. There is a separate WC off the living area.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for two guests and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than 7 days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
