The apartment is on the top floor (7th floor) of a new and prestigious development. The common parts are immaculate and the large lift is keycoded. There is underground parking offered in the rental price. The car park is accessed directly from the lift.

This large holiday apartment in Antibes is very central and a highly desired location. From leaving the apartment complex, it is a couple of minutes walk to the sea front and a five minute walk to Vieux Antibes. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

The train station for Antibes is a 10 minute walk way from the holiday apartment. For a family holiday, you are within a 20 minute drive to Aquasplash (the water park on the French Riviera) and to Marineland.

The large living area and kitchen are open plan and it is very bright and airy due to its 7th floor position and large patio windows leading out onto the sunny terrace. There is a large corner sofa, two large chairs and a coffee table. For entertainment, there is a basic SKY package connected to the 40 inch LCD TV. Guests can also use the Wi-Fi connection. We expect that most of our guests will opt to eat outside but if preferred there is a modern dining table and six chairs inside with seating for six. All windows in the apartment have electric shutters blocking out light for a good nights sleep.

The large kitchen is equipped with modern units with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer built in.

The large master bedroom leads out onto the large sunny terrace and has its own en-suite bathroom. It has a King Size bed, fitted wardrobes, two bedside tables and reading lights.

The second bedroom has a Super King Size bed, two bedside tables and reading lights.

The third bedroom is essentially the children's room with 2 bunk beds making a total of four single beds. It is also equipped with large fitted sliding wardrobes.

All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, as is the rest of this holiday rental apartment in Antibes. Two of the bedrooms lead out onto a small terrace at the back of the apartment. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room.

There are two bathrooms which are similar in size. The shower room is located centrally in the apartment and will service the two back bedrooms. It has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet. The en-suite bathroom accessed by the main front bedroom, has a bath with shower over, vanity unit and toilet. There is also a further WC located centrally.
